Yes, as long as there is not excessive wind.
Currently they do a flap at open (10 am), noon, and close (5 pm Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday; 8 pm Thursday) but remain closed in-between. They remain closed all day on Mondays until Memorial Day. High wind speeds, ice buildup, and lightning or electricity in the air can all prevent them from maintaining their usual schedule.
