If I come on and mail something on Saturday will it be postmarked the same day or until Monday?

It will be sent on Saturday if it's before 5:00 PM. If it's after 5:00 PM it will be sent on Monday

It will be postmarked Sat. There are people working in the back. Only the front office is "closed"
