The people here do not really know what they are talking about when asked and are extremely rude when asked about things that they do not know. They will also turn you away the moment they realize they cannot help you and refuse to provide alternative to problems. It is better to just use the customer service number or website than to go in person since they do not seem to know anything when asked. Most of the employees seem to be more impatient than the customers that are waiting in line too.

This is my second review for this worst post office ever in my life. They literally lost one of my most important mail about a year and a half year ago and today they lost another mail which is critical for me. This guys just can’t do anything right !!! This is crazy literally crazy. Stay away if you can as much as possible. I would say a lot more but since they work for government and nobody can say nothing to them it’s worthless. Just avoid them for your mails safety.

9:00AM - 4:00PM
Yes, they were open last week when I visited around 330 pm
Once, usually in the morning for Fremont
2pm at the latest
It depends on what time of day to sent it out
There is a drop box in the lobby that is accessible 24/7
Yes, they have a passport section there
Yes, but you should have the tracking number handy just in case.
You usually don't need to renew a passport at a passport acceptance office like the post office. Instead, use the expedited renewal-by-mail procedure that allows you to post the DS-82 application, photo, old passport and fee to the State Department. The new passport arrives by mail a month or so later.
Not for passport
Unfortunately, No.
No they have never asked me for sending certified mail you do need of ypu use a check or charge card to pay
Not really, but fill out the form and that'll make things easier
