The community is amazing! Sabrina is very helpful and acts on any concerns we share, doesn’t just listen. Neighbors are friendly too. There also are spaces for children for short quick play on days we can’t go to the park and sure to meet other kids. I have lived in another Avalon community before which has better reviews but I prefer Avalon Fremont to that although it was more accessible to bart and shops.

Beautiful environment, pet friendly community, great gym and pool, nice people around here! I moved in Avalon in 2021 during quarantine, the lady Sabrina helped me a lot with my tour and moving in and that was a great experience! I live in 1st floor but it's pretty quite you don't get noises all day long. Maintenance is also fast (in one day). I love the high ceiling in the room and also the balcony where I can plant some flowers. My cats also enjoy life here. That is why I recommended my friend also come here and she does. We all enjoy living here

Avalon Fremont has been so wonderful! We moved here from the east coast and had choose the apartment based just on pictures and we couldn't have been more pleased when we finally saw it in person. Everything was exactly as advertised and has been so well maintained even throughout Covid-19. The pool is gorgeous and the newly renovated fitness center has all equipment you could want! The leasing office staff is extremely friendly and attentive and is so keen to help the residents however they can. The maintenance staff is fast, friendly, and efficient!! The property has been updating and modernizing the buildings and replacing the windows and doors. I can really see that my rent is being put to good use! I can't recommend this property enough!

Avalon Fremont is a outstanding community. Very peaceful place to live, lively , safe and secure. Very good layout plans and many of the apartments are renovated from exterior with best insulation we lived with in apartments. Appliances are well maintained and replaced when needed. Maintenance is very responsive too and very cooperative. We worked with Sal and team for all the maintenance needs. Front office folks help with expediting any needs or answering any questions anytime :). We have amazing experience working with Sabrina , Leady and team.
