I called because their website said to call about my prescriptions and left on hold an hour only to have someone pickup phone and hang up. I got to the pharmacy and picked up my prescription at pickup window only to find out they did not fill all of my prescriptions and to go wait in the drop off line for the other prescriptions. They create their own chaos!!!

This store consistently never ever picks up the phone and takes 1-2 hours to pick up a prescription. They never have enough people working, at the pharmacy or the front, and have absolutely zero pride in getting people out of the door quickly. This is the worst pharmacy in the US you will probably ever have the misfortune of going to.

They are extremely slow and unorganized. It usually take 25 mins to get to the counter to find out your prescription is not ready. They don’t care to add extra person on the counter no matter how long the line is. Someone with really bad management skills must be running this pharmacy

Avoid this location like a plague for vaccines or meds. Poorly manged pharmacy. Got here for a 4:30 pm appointment, been standing in the line for 1.5 hours now and probably another hour to go. Why do they even give you an appointment - when you have no respect people's time.
