No plastic bags as of now
They allowed stores to charge for paper after the smaller stores said that paper bags were much more expensive for them to provide.
You can bring your own recycling bags if you like. It sounds like pretty soon there will not even be paper bags. You'll have to start bringing your own bags all the time.
