No. New York State law requires you to be 18 years old with a valid Government ID.
Sorry Roxanne we are an artistic tattoo shop and do not have a cosmetic tattooist on staff. You can check in to a woman named Marilyn Mann she is an opthamologist in Valley Cottage New York. She is the only cosmetic tattooist that I know of that I would be comfortable recommending to anyone. Sorry my phone couldn't get your name right the first time haha
