Yes, the ground only has one really steep area and that can be avoided. There are no steps between parts of the fair.

My boyfriend had his mother there in a wheel chair and said it was extremely difficult.

There are some hills but the grounds are well maintained.

This is absolutely not a wheelchair friendly event. It has several steep hills with lots of rocks and uneven spots. If it rains it gets very muddy. Would not suggest it to anyone that has trouble walking let alone someone in a wheelchair.

Staying on the top level would be the best place to be, in a wheelchair, or with a walker. It's much more level. Down in the woods would be very difficult and dangerous.
