I have been calling Wendys for the BOGO coupons and they said they would receive them 8/13. When I went the coupons they have are for $3 off. What happened? Wendy's doesn't even know why they didn't receive the BOGO ones.

I think its because they say the BOGO coupons are at *participating* Wendy's...
