I don't understand the question
Unfortunately this festival is not wheelchair friendly..no paved paths, steep hills rocky path ways.
This place is all hills and some are really steep. Nothing is paved, it's all grass or gravel
If you are handi cap the grounds are ready for you, the med center has the bathroom and you will want a chair that can do some off road.
If you are in a standard wheel chair there are spots that would be rough going, but you would be able to access most of the park without too much issue. If you are on a scooter with the larger wheels, you should be able to access the entire park, but you would have to be careful for tree roots coming out of the ground in a couple of areas. You would be able to go around them, even drive right over some, you just need to make sure you don't hit them at the wrong angle and flip the scooter
You have to be able to enter or you are not able to enter
