You must follow the prompts, and not just hit 0 to get to an operator. We now have phone hubs in select locations for different markets. That can direct you to the right store or the right department as Long as you follow the prompts

You're not the only person calling

Calling in can be difficult. Get the customer service desk if you can't get the proper department. 👍

Hahahahahahaha. So it's not just me. They do answer but if you will call them while you are in the store, you are going to see how staff being "usefull".....
