As evident by the myriad of opinions chiming in, it is up you to your own personal preference. Some activities change availability throughout the year but there's always something something wonderful whenever you go. We love taking our little toddler this time of year but we are no stranger to the cold. Be sure to double check hours of operation before going to be safe.
Yes...animals like the cold, especially early in the day
You can still have fun but, some animals will be hidden and/or sleeping because of the cold and rain. But there will be absolutely less people so you'll get anywhere inside the Zoo easier than Summer or Spring... :)
Seattle tends fo be a bit damp in the winter, so walking around the zoo could be unpleasant depending on the type of day you get. Because its winter, there are less people there, so its a little easier to get around. There are some indoor exhibits spaced throughout the zoo to warm up in
Absolutely Nope. ;)
Nope. Cold and rainy.
Go mid day and stay for the lights
I would say no, BUT! You will miss the Zoo Lights if you don't go :)
No. Winter is not good time to visit the zoo.
