Can I purchase tickets and have them at will call to pick up? I would like to but one adult ticket and two kids tickets for my sister. I leave in California.

No will call, but you can buy them online

They do not have will call for tickets. I would reccomend purchasing online tickets and emailing them to your guests.

Yes you can or you can buy them online and take screenshots of the ticket receipt and send it to them and they can just do it from their phone

Im pretty sure you can pick them up, but should call before hand. If anything you can print out your tickets befor you leave on your trip

When you buy tickets online you get a confirmation email to print and bring to the zoo. You could then forward that email or pdf with the tickets to your sister.
