Then I had an idea to ask a zoo to bring a pet owl or a hedgehog to my school for Christmas but I don't want to call them because they will think it's a prank call so I don't know what to do know and I want to do something special

There might be ambassador animals or something like that if you check with them

I really don't know if they do that sort of thing, but if you were to call them stating your name, the school and other information, I am sure they would take you seriously. Be sure to check with the school first to be sure it is okay with them first however.
