No, not without paying their fees first. Minimum $3000. You run the risk of getting sued if you don't follow their rules.

Not sure about that because I'm not sure if the Woodland Park zoo is considered a public or private space. That makes all the difference in determining photography protocol/legality.

I would think so, there are no rules governing photos of a public place. Be careful posting photos of people you dont have permission from. Hope this helps.
