It's open if it's raining! There are many indoor exhibits, and plenty of coverings.
Rain in Seattle is typically very light. The zoo is still open and animals will be out. There are also several indoor exhibits: tropical house, gorilla exhibit, baboon exhibit, adaptations house (meercats and others), and the Zoomazium activities area.
Yes, they're open when it rains. Sometimes there's a "rainy day" discount on rainy days. Some animals will appear when it rains, while others are in covered enclosures
Yes! Even if it's raining they are open! Make sure to pack your umbrellas!
There was even light snow when we visited, penguins were having a blast!! I was surprised how many people was there!! My 4 year old didn't mind at all!
Do you have wheelchair?
Yes,there a lots enjoy, even in the rain or not ..because we been there with my kids, :-) :-)
Yes. There is lots to enjoy, even in the rain.
Yea unless its too much rain its all good
I'll add that sometimes the animals are more active during the rain, could be due to less crowds, or some other reason, but a good time can still be had by all. Also, many of the viewing areas are covered, so you don't need to be exposed much.
