We take our kids all the time. Not sure if there are different rules later in the day. Only minor thing...if you need a drink prior to being seated, you won't be allowed to stand near the bar with kids.

Yes, although many of the tables are 2-tops, and to be honest, I have never seen a child on any of my visits (maybe 7?) But I usually go late at night or for Sat/Sun brunch midday.
They can't drink, though.
