This place is an absolute joke. Do yourself a favor and buy and at home test or go to samedayhealth on Main Street. They say it’s free online but it’s actually $150 (PCR or Rapid). They then promised me they’d send me a bill for insurance reimbursement and after a week of emailing / calling and texting them multiple times a day I haven’t heard back from them. They’re an absolutely joke and should be shut down by the city.

Testing and reporting part were fine. Problem has been with getting an invoice which we can submit to insurance. I’ve sent two emails, texted, called, and have gotten no response. Very unprofessional.

DO NOT GO HERE! There are so many other PROFESSIONAL testing sites. NO SIGNS to help guide youth the dirty container tucked way in the back of a gross parking lot. I paid for a rapid test and still haven't received it. The kid that worked the site was pleasant enough but the business itself has zero concern for how it runs. It should be shut down.

To make an appt you have to provide identity and insurance info. Then you arrive at a container in the back parking lot, manned by one guy, who says they don't take insurance and the rapid test is $150. You can get the same test at a better facility with less attitude for $25. I walked away, and did just that. Why flush $125 to a scummy scammy joint?
