Is there a reason why my pizza was barely warm let alone hot, and already bricking up, in the .2 miles it took your driver to deliver???

This has happened to me on more than one occasion. Thry send out a few delivery's one one trip. I also live 1/4 mile and think they do us last. Call if it happens again and they send a new one
