Employee who was taking drive thru orders today at 12:30 should be fired, she was so rude to the poor lady who was ordering. Disgusted fix your attitude or don’t work……… The lady who was handling the payments should be talked to as well……

I've lowered my rating for this BK, they're food is good and staff respectable but yesterday i stopped on my way home from work, and I live over an hr away. So when I got home I realized that he had given me bk the wring change it was supposed to be $11.09, I had only $2.09. I have no receipt, so no proof either. plus I don't want to drive all the bk for a $10. I'm so annoyed about this!

You should go in person and ask to speak to the manager.

DO NOT eat from Burger King in North Waltham. They have mice. They’ve had mice for the past couple years.. Still haven’t done anything about it. The mice are making babies.
