It is not your fault but the village complex is not chronically numbered. We pick many people from this apartment unit with all this experience, there are some time we ask customer to politely meet us at the leasing office as everyone know the leasing office. The driver we assigned to you was 30 minute early to your place and did in fact make a wake up call 15 minute before your schedule pickup time. All our drives are vaccinated and need to wear mask all time. Customer always pay toll as it is not included with our fare.
