Is the outside ground smooth or gravel. I have a wheelchair that needs to be used.

It's like any other general parking lot. If there is gravel in some places, it shouldn't be a major hindrance.

Both, but if you're planning to go there Dorothy, the main outside area is all black top. If to want to walk the Back section, you'll have a tough time going over the stoney area.
