‘SAVED’ a large female fancy rat from a 10 GALLON tank with no food nor water, this place fails time and time again to take care of their animals and I intend on reporting this place.

This place is a mess the animals are kept in horrible conditions here and the majority of these reptiles don’t have the proper heat/humidity required to even to have their basic needs met. Not to mention overcrowding tanks that are already too small for just one animal, and reptiles littered with feeders some tanks with nearly 20 crickets inside of them. Snakes being forced into the same tank with one hide once again barely large enough for one snake. I’ll admit putting snakes together isn’t always a horrible idea but it can certainly lead to problems down the road. If the owners want to stop carrying these poor innocent animals that’s one thing or if they even want to do their research or have someone teach them the proper husbandry of these animals I’d happily help show them. This pet store seems to unfortunately live for the profit and not the joy of the animals. Maybe it started out as a passion for the owners but at this point it is sad and just a spot for animals to go and yes die and be left dead in their cages. Please do not support this store and to the store please re-evaluate your methods of husbandry and improve them for the quality of your animals lives.
