Stopped in the other day to dine in for dinner with my husband. Food was decent - nothing great. Way too much sauce on the chicken parm - it was swimming in it. Nice enough people. The biggest complaint is how they add a 20% tip to the check before the total. Looking at the check, they add the tax then the 20% tip to come to the grand total at the bottom. If you go to pay the total of the bill, you may not realize that 20% tip is already included. There were only two of us, so not a big party. I did not see it posted anywhere that this was their policy. So, if you dine in, your total bill includes 20% gratuity. Just be wary. I am sure many of the wait staff have ended up with double the tip when customers have not paid attention. It’s a shame that we won’t be back due to what we view as sneaky business practices. BTW - we also own a restaurant. This is not common practice or a trend.

This had to be the worst experience I've ever had in a restaurant throughout my whole life. First bad sign was when we first walked in there was a table with a half eaten pizza on the table that someone left behind. I mean if the pizza was any good why wouldn't you box it up and take it home? Then we ordered and asked for water with the meal. We got our appetizers and asked for water again. Then we got our dinner and asked for water once again. The meal was bland, no taste whatsoever, was very very disappointed and still no water. Finally got water after asking after 4 times, pathetic. On top of all that at checkout the waiter decided to disappear for 20 minutes, no lie. At the same time another couple arrived and finally had to beg someone if they can be seated, amazing. Never again, don't waste your time, 2 thumbs down! I am still kicking myself for even leaving a tip.

First time there. The food was delicious. Our server, Paige, took great care of us. It was very pleasant. Will definitely go back.

Called them up for delivery. First time dinning with them. I use say the food was excellent. Stuff mushrooms very flavorful, antipasti had good large portions of ingredients. The pasta was good the seafood was cooked perfectly. I will have to go there and try their dine in experience.
