Good question. No you cannot, but its not that hard to get a card. Go to prestodoctor.com & get certified, be medicated in 24-72hrs if you qualify. Took 30hrs from the moment I visited that site, to walking into a dispensery for the evaluation which took 20mins. Actually it was a Verilife employee who told me about prestoDr, Javonte. Keysha yes you need a license from your doctor and you also. Must fall in to tbe 7 illnesses to qualify for a license and to enter the dispensary you need or be a care giver
