You can get a PDF. Copy on your phone then show your phone and certificate from your PCP.

Nope. You need card+ hard copy of cert + Stated ID. They wont even let you in without all 3.

Yes you have to go to nyc.gov and get temporary card that you can go to dispensery with along with your prescription doctors give you and they will take care of you verilife is a very help full dispensery

No. They need the physical card, your certificate/ Rx from the doctor, and a gov't ID with a picture

I don't think so. The card gets to you in one or twe days. You can call the Dispencery to make sure, but I believe you have to show your card each time.

No i tried that and i was told to wait for the mmp card then i can shop.
