I wish i could give them a zero...this company sales practice appears to be sketchy...they must've changed management..each time they announce markdowns on items they also run out of those said markdowns on or just about the very same time of the markdowns, then when you call, they sound high as the sky, dont announce the company name and gaslight you...this is terrible practice/staff

What a sorry excuse for a delivery service. Terrible customer service. They’re always late or sometimes don’t even show up. I’d try elsewhere.

Way too far for me to travel from Staten Island to queens boulevard by the Queen center mall. Have an appointment to meet with a pharmacist waited more than 45 minutes over my appointment time period prices are exorbitant

They’ll bring you into a nice, comfortable Private office to explain what they offer and more importantly the Differences & Benefits of MMJ more importantly a lesson to understand the Spectrum offered from CBD to THC by color which makes it incredibly easy when all you’ll need to say is “I need Red” or “Green”. They will take all the time you need, never rush you nor will the ever talk down too you for asking too many questions.
Vireo is pricy, I recommend Curaleaf in Forest Hills. The staff is very knowledgeable and prices for similar products are 1/3 less.
U can go there but u need a nys marijuana card and certificate or they won't let you in
They will give 10% off for financial hardship. They don't ask for any proof so I am sure you can get the discount. They are super nice there.
yes you can purchase with a temporary card but you must have your prescription with it.The reason for a temporary card is so you don't have to wait 2 weeks for the permanent one to be mailed to you.
You can't without a prescription they haven't worked it all out yet I'd say within a year they'll have recreational shops
In the state of New York, you are potentially eligible for medical marijuana if you have been diagnosed with a specific severe, debilitating or life threatening condition that is accompanied by an associated or complicating condition. By law, those conditions are: Chronic Pain Opioid use or potential opioid use Cancer HIV infection or AIDS Amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS) Parkinson's disease Multiple sclerosis (MS) Spinal cord injury with spasticity Epilepsy Inflammatory bowel disease Neuropathy Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) Huntington's disease
NY state regulations allow you to pick up to a 30 day supply at a time. In order to determine what your 30 day supply is, you may meet with a Vireo team member to review your current usage.
You can only bring a registered caregiver. You need an appointment. Good luck! Sorry about that. I was one of Vireo's first customers. I guess they were more strict at the beginning.
Capsules should be stored in the refrigerator. Oral solutions and vaporizers should be stored a cool, dry place at room temperature.
For CBD oil with a higher THC level you need a prescription. What you order on Amazon is 03% THC.. that's the maximum amount allowed without a prescription
Yes you do for the very first one I go to the Johnson City dispensary but they're all the same. Then after that you don't have to call but you have to get a 30 minute consultation first. I know all of this first-hand so feel free to ask away I'm a patient there personally and so I have insight and can explain to you the process a little bit you got to make sure you have your card with you and make sure that you have your prescription that your doctor wrote to for your recommendations after the first time you can pretty much get whatever you want we can anyway but try to stick with what your doctor wrote but you do have options if it doesn't work. Another issue CBD is way more expensive so look at the milligrams before you purchase things
They recommend appointments but it won't be a meeting with the pharmacist.
Vireo Indigo has 2 parts THC to 49 parts CBD, however, I recently went to Etain in Manhattan (they deliver) & they have a tincture that's less than 1 part THC. They're more expensive, but give better customer service.
Yes they do !!
Yes
One person at a time
For me, it was the next day. They online registration, virtual appointment and processing was really faster than I expected, so I was able to pick up my order the following day. I hope this helps!
Only cash and debit.
For the most part, based on customer feedback...top rank products...
Yes open 7 days for Vaporization oils Range from high CBD to low & high THC to low; they have website U can view products online; U need a Medical Marijuana card from a Nurse Practioner or Doctor to Purchase product
You can get those, made from help, at lots of places, but just dispensaries. No recommendation needed, just OTC.
No...the MJ card is issued by the State of NY as well as a caregiver card, if requested...
Hi Rosalie, There is MCT oil in Vireo's products. MCT is derived from coconut oil and palm kernel oil. There are not additional preservatives added. Please visit www.vireohealth.com/ny to schedule and appointment.
If you have your ny state medical marijuana licence and script from a doctor
A recommendation from a doctor who has completed the relevant coursework in NY.
Vireo supports changing existing state and federal medical marijuana laws. That’s why we strongly support federal legislation that would resolve the conflict between state and federal law and possibly pave the way for future prescription drug coverage.
Per New York state regulations, patients will qualify for treatment with medical cannabis when a certifying provider confirms they have one of the following conditions: Chronic Pain Opioid Use Cancer Positive status for Human Immunodeficiency Virus (HIV) or Acquired Immune Deficiency Syndrome (AIDS) Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis (ALS) Parkinson’s disease Multiple Sclerosis Damage to the nervous tissue of the spinal cord with objective neurological indication or intractable spasticity Epilepsy Inflammatory Bowel Disease (IBD) Neuropathies Huntington’s disease PTSD You may visit https://www.health.ny.gov/regulations/medical_marijuana/practitioner/public_list.htm to find a public list of certified providers. Once you have received your recommendation from a certified physician and your patient card from the state registry, please visithttps://vireohealthny.com/make-an-appointment/ to make an appointment with a pharmacist at a Vireo dispensary
MCT derived from coconut oil is the only excepient in the oils for vaporization. There is no PeG or VG.
Yes. Vaporizer cartridges are available. For more information on all available products, please visit www.vireohealth.com/ny/products/
Yes. You may use your temporary card along with another form of a picture ID as well as your certificate. Temporary cards are good for 30 days until you receive the permanent card in the mail.
You can do everything online. After initial appointment you just order what you need and have it delivered or pick it up. They respond very quickly!
The oil is top notch! I get the bulk refill. Way better than other dispensary I tried.
Just oils. NYS doesn't allow THC to be smoked. Only oil for vaping or oral solution.
If your not happy with the vape use the oil it works great for my pain.
From the time you start the process by a doctors visit, estimate 3-4 weeks before you get the card and can start getting Cannabis
Vireo Health accepts Cash, Debit or CanPay (www.CanPayDebit.com).
It's very difficult to get through by phone I'd suggest you send them a message from their website they respond to my emails pretty quick.
Would give it six stars if I could .....
You may speak with your treating provider to see if they are able to certify you. If they are unable to certify you, a public list of providers may be found here https://www.health.ny.gov/regulations/medical_marijuana/practitioner/public_list.htm. Once you are certified, you may visit www.vireohealth.com/ny to make an appointment.
Yes. Check their website as they often have a coupon code for free delivery. But delivery isn't available for an initial order.
No, I peel the labels off & throw in my recyclables
