APrivate security guards have been hired by residents to .make sure 10 pm is enforced. They start next Thursday. Also, parks police, they'd and political officials have received thousands of complaints about noise and drunkenness after hours, so they're on alert.

I've never stayed that late but my friend says he's been there until 2 am or something like that.
Not really but I suggest keeping it quiet because people will complain and the police will come and enforce the law and keep in mind its not nypd its the ny state police
