Hi, I take the ferry to NYC. There is a Pavillion with snacks etc and there is also a rec field where they hold sport training so I would guess so but I have not seen any. I am back in Tuesday so I will check and post again. Sorry for no answering directly. Happy 4th, its a great park, shops/stores nearby. Update 7/6/21. The restrooms are open 8am thru 4pm. I took a peek and they looked clean, maintained. Soap/paper etc. ok for/with children. Behind concession booth.
Yes they do. It's right next to the sand volleyball court and part of the concession building. It's usually pretty clean. I can't speak for the women's room but the men's room is pretty stocked.
For major events they do have portable bathrooms.
