Delaware does not charge state sales tax and because the Best Buy you're talking about is in Delaware that will not charge you sales tax on anything you buy from them
No sales tax added unless you need the item bought delivered out of state by Best Buy. Then the sales tax from the state you have it delivered to will be added.
