Jan, 05, 2018 Exactly same experience with me as Stephen Bozeman. I sent $25k worth of coin to my wallet but the coins subtracted from the Polo Acc but hasn't been deposited to my wallet or getting response from Poloniex. I did everything correct. I live in Toronto but if it doesn't get resolved in a few days, I'm going to drive to the head office. Ticket ID - 675417 Update ... I received the coins late at night. Now the panic is over^^

"Poloniex Crypto Exchange". Poloniex Services in the US for US residents are handled by Circle Internet Financial.
Thats the 2FA. The thing where you scanned a barcode or entered some super long string of letters/numbers. Use google Authenticator.
Most of those coins are junk. That's the reason they're not listed on major exchanges.
Mine was resolved after 12 weeks. Hang in there.
Go to the Secretary of State website for the State of Delaware. Choose business search. Search "Poloniex"...you will find their Registered Agent to send all the appropriate filings.
Create an account and transfer some form of crypto and trade for ripple.
