If you have a warranty you should be able to get a replacement from HP and if you have the orginal box (putit back in box) maybe BB may give you a store credit since you can not prove when you brought it.

Does Best Buy replace Apple iphone batteries on-site? Mine is a 5C or 5S. I replaced the charger and the result was no different--it charges slowly if at all, and night before last, instead of charging the battery it drained it completely. Thanks.
