I believe they have some wolf dogs that people can pet at certain times. Contact the sanctuary for specifics.

Absolutely not. You can get the opportunity to feed them though. I got to throw a frozen chicken thigh over the fence! Even the handlers aren't allowed to come in contact for a year.
No they have it double fenced so you can't get close.
