I took my road bike into Lititz Bike Works to have my brake pads and chain replaced. They ended up doing an entire tune up including updating the software on the bike and recommended an excellent new wrap for my bars since they were worn. I have another bike so told them it was no hurry, but they called me the next day and said it was ready. I was very impressed with the speed, price and customer service involved and would highly recommend them for your cycling needs.

We just had the guys at Lititz Bike Works do a tune up on two of our bikes. We dropped them off yesterday and they were done today! Even in summertime they got my kids back on the road super fast. And both bike are operating smoothly. Would definitely recommend this shop for repairs.

Great bike shop. Went in for a tune up, upgrade tires and new handlebar tape. Eric took a look over the bike and let me know what he thought was needed. Just a basic tune up and wheel true. Wanted to get a bigger tire , which was a hard to find size. Eric found the size, brand and model I wanted. Tire took a few more days than thought to get in. Not a big surprise with supply restrictions. Called to check in and was told the tire should be in that day and they would get it done asap. Received a call a few hours later that it was complete. Work is top notch. Tires, tape look and feel great! Tune up makes her shift like she’s brand new again!!

As visitors from out of state, we rented bikes to ride on the Warwick to Ephrata Bike Trail (WERT) at the Clay St. park area, where Lititz Bike Works maintains a bike rental area. We used their handy app to rent bikes, where I promptly screwed up the rental process and ended up renting three bikes when we only needed two. I realized my mistake later that night and sent a message to Mark from Lititz Bike Works where he promptly reimbursed the cost of the third bike. Had we had more time in the area, I would have loved to have visited their shop, but the ride on the WERT was beautiful and added to our great visit to the Lancaster, PA area. Thanks to Lititz Bike Works for providing a convenient way to see the area and for their help in addressing our mistake.

The market at the Wilber Chocolate factory has nice, strong bike racks. Very visible and safe....Lititz is quite safe anyway.
