Yes but very muddy, we went there when it was raining. It's still a great place to visit. Just wear older clothes. Well worth your time.
Yes, but be warned - its EXTREMELY slippery when it rains there! I went with friends and toddler after it rained for a few days and we couldn't make it up the hill in sneakers and the toddler fell - but I saw many adult nearly fall as well! Come prepared in old clothes.
