It depends on if you want to read all of the material or just peruse. But my wife and I spent 2 hours with all the reading and watching the production and sandwitches and icecream. :)
Took my hubby and I about an hour or so, including eating a sandwich & ice cream.
We spent a couple hours there
30 minutes for me, but ice cream afterwards took like 40 minutes. It can be a 2 hour thing if you need a rest and ice cream

We reached an hour before closing and still had ample time for walkthrough. We got our ice creams first and enjoyed our ice cream as we walked through of the factory & visitors center.
