Ordered my burger with no mustard add mayo. The took the mustard off, but wanted to give me mayo packs instead of making my burger correctly. They did fix it when I pointed out I am driving and not able to put the packet mayo on burger.

Fast, friendly and welcoming staff members. So far I have never had an incorrect order here. (6+ orders) They are only open until like 9pm - so make sure you make it there prior to closing. - Also if you use the mobile app... and it says they are closed or not taking orders... just push it through- they will still get your order minutes to closing; and they will still process it.

My friend drove unconventionally to get into their line (to pick up an online order) and the girl at the drive-up was very perturbed and let her know about it. Even though her order was ready to be picked up already. I understand people like to be in control but if no one was inconvenienced, it seemed unnecessary to taint the experience with a cranky attitude. Wouldn't return.

So sad. We thought we would try again. My husband found a dark thick hair in his burger. Than this happened. They didn't even remove the wax paper from the cheese. Never again.
