Each McDonald's has their own rules. Some have hosts that do parties and games. Some do not have any kind of party, but they all welcome your money and serve you from the menu. Reserved parties depend on the amount of people and the party choice. About 10 was around $50 to $100. I'm certain you need to call the McDonald's of your choice to find the answer. Here in Tillamook Oregon...they bring their own cake, walk in, sit, and order anything else.
I'm not 100% certain, but I think I've seen signs up for kids birthday parties. Call them?
