I was required by my wife to give five stars because they have movie butter popcorn. If I want to make her day I can just swing in and pick her up a bucket with the refill. The theatre is fine. Plenty of seating and it is kept clean. The staff is low key and really friendly. Just what a town the size of Tillamook needs.

The best thing about this theater is that on Tuesdays all showings (ie. 2) are just $5! They make back the price difference on concessions; the popcorn is overpriced but pretty tasty. They show only one current movie, for about 2 weeks, and it's usually something I'm not interested in. It would be nice if they had a mini film festival occasionally. It's the only movie theater so it doesn't have any competition.

The hubby bubby was wishing the group of small children had been supervised, even deduced that they had to have just been dropped off at the theatre! There was even the eventual music of a cell phone or tablet game as well as a ringing phone interfering with the movie! After the film, we realized adults were there, just not particularly of the type that are able to think outside their own comfort or care about proper theatre etiquette. All that aside, the experience was a really great one! The memories made for our 8 year old (who teaches me the names of dinosaurs!) will last a lifetime! We hadn't been to the movies in so very long! I was pretty confusing when ordering our concessions, then realized I was rung up wrong. The staff immediately made things right! As they made things right, I added the refund to their tip container! These amazingly kind and hard working humans need more tips, guys!!! Just know that that small gesture means soo much! This theatre is much easier on the pocketbook then others. Supporting small business is where it's at! Thank you for a wonderful time!

Nice theater for a small town. They did a big remodel several years back and it looks good. There is a good amount of seating inside and a snack bar with all the usual goodies for movie watching. First run movies are played a lot but they do bring in old favorites for special occasions. One Christmas they played the Polar Express and hot chocolate. With reasonable entry fees and good movies The Coliseum is a real plus for the community.
