30 minutes in the drive thru every time. That's with usually 3 cars ahead of me. Terrible
Last time I went to that location it took almost half an hour to process my order so I would chalk it up to their bad management and general incompetence. Google reviews indicate that many others have had similar problems
Sitting in the drive thru. 25 mins and counting. Average of about 7-8 mins per car, not church vans either. 1-2 people per car.
Messed up my order 3 times! It was just a protein bowl! I kept repeatedly taking it back and after the third time, Mngr angrily said, “We cant keep giving away free food and charged me for it!!“ I called corporate and reported this circus of a restaurant with the clown in charge lol.. I got 3 coupons for any item on the list and loads of apologies! As if I want to go back there if that same Mngr is there. But they did compensate me was my overall “positive“ ending to a horrible experience!

They sre not so customer friendly as in the cashiers dont listen to customers
