I sent in a complaint to corporate because this taco Bell fails every standard that's set, but it's been 4 days and I've gotten no reply. Do corporate complaints actually work for taco Bell?

If you look on the receipt, you should be able to get the name of the manager on duty and be able to talk to them. I don't know if that will work when it comes to getting something done, but it's another thing you can try.

I have complained as well. Wrote emails, made phone calls. Never seemed to change anything and they never offered any compensation ever.

Call headquarters or ask for the owner name
