I have no words, what are you guys trying to save here? I would have let it go if you did this with just 1 order but all the orders were the same including the Fiesta potato. Such cheap tactics won't help you in long run.

Never been a big taco bell fan, went by tonight (4/11) super fast service. Food was better quality than I've seen at any taco bell in a long time, super fresh! Martha in the drive thru is super sweet too! She went out of her way to make my night better after listening to me rant about my day. You're amazing Martha! Would definitely recommend, good job Taco Bell team.

The food itself I never have a problem with (when my order is done correctly). What I continually have an issue with is why the HECK am I getting asked what kind of sauce I would like if I'm never, never, NEVER going to get it with my order??? Is it just a "ahahaha joke's on you" kind of thing???

Honestly avoid this location if you can. Wait times are almost always very long, which normally I don’t mind waiting in but recently the customer service has made it not worth the wait. Ordered online for lunch today (20 mins ahead of my break knowing they usually take a while) when I got to the drive through was told their computers were down and they couldn’t take anymore orders. I get it technology fails sometimes but I had already ordered and more importantly paid online, they then tell me they still can’t make the order unless it’s a door dash order? Why would you be able to make door dash orders and not your own online orders? Then I ask for a refund, apparently they “can’t do refunds at the location” so I had to call in twice as the first time I got hung up on in order to get a refund. The last time I was here I ordered my food an HOUR in advance, it was a weekend night typically very busy. I get to the location, foods still not ready. I wait and ADDITIONAL 45 mins, still not done. When I simply asked the manager when my food would be done I was yelled at and informed he had “employee passing out” in the back from exhaustion. Didn’t ever get a refund for that food either. Safe to say I will not be coming back, which sucks because this location while never was great, still gave decent service. Can’t say they do anymore.

If you look on the receipt, you should be able to get the name of the manager on duty and be able to talk to them. I don't know if that will work when it comes to getting something done, but it's another thing you can try.
30 minutes in the drive thru every time. That's with usually 3 cars ahead of me. Terrible
