The coffee was good wich is what I came for but the incompetent server at the window was unbelievable. After she gave me my coffee I had to ask for everything individually,cream, napkins,sugar, which was leaking and spilled in my freshly clean car!! 🤐 Of course I said aww man this is leaking and the girl still hasn't said a word like oops sorry, excuse me NOTHING. So close to going off but I kept my Kool.

Ordered online the night previous, and waited about 45 minutes total for my order in the drive thru. I really had no issue with the wait as I work foodservice and understand being short staffed. Everything was fine until we got home and the burgers we ordered were practically raw. The outside was cooked, but the inside still pretty pink. I called the store this morning and spoke to someone, and we agreed that I could come in and get the food replaced or get a refund. I ended up getting the food replaced, and they were pretty cool about it. I hardly ever complain, but undercooked food is dangerous. The gentleman that helped us was very understanding. Moral of this story is, if you’re food is messed up and you’re NICE TO THEM, they’ll replace or refund it. Be nice to foodservice staff. It’s a hard job. Thank you guys for being so cool about the mess up!

It's always hit or miss when you're traveling, but this specific Mcdonald's always comes through. Whether it's rolling into town for a show after a long drive or getting some sustenance after a long night in preparation to head out, they serve delicious food and never mess up our order. We will always stop here when we're in CBus!
