Not much. Fire road up to parkway could be a nice hike. Nice area though and nice campers.
Absolutely.. I don't hike. But they say the trail along The river is a nice trail . U are close to the Blue ridge pky. And I think the Appalachian is there-in-abouts (lol) My pup and I go there. BTW. I recommend the camp ground. Get a sight rite on the river. Was heaven to sit and listen
