Can you please tell why we could not use our military discount on a crock pot yesterday? I didn't know there were departments that excluded the use of this benefit The clerk was very rude.

Shame thst the clerk was rude they should have explained the policy..I have heard as stated above sometimes you can't get the discount on already reduced items... This applies for other retailers as well..

Some items if they are marked down or on sale i know i can't use my military discount. I always ask when i check out or in your case ask at checkout if the Crock-Pot is a discounted item? My aunt works there and thats how i found out about it

Why not just call?

No clerk should be rude, however you should be using the many resources via computer or cell phone app to search stores that do allow it and their exclusions before you shop.
