I'm in a manual wheelchair and often wonder the same thing. I have an aunt that's been working there for many many years and would love to ask her to find out or maybe she could ask management and I could let you know if and when I find out anything. I love the establishment and shop there several times a week if possible. GREAT QUESTION!!

Not sure. That would be a concern to ask their corporate office. I'm sure that they would take it into serious consideration.
You need to contact the home office. I don't know that they monitor this.
