They share the facility with law enforcement and they often have training exercises, so some days may be "no fly".
Yes, but be forewarned that the walls of the penitentiary are very thick, and if your drone drops behind them in some places, it may lose signal from the controller.
I'm sure they do.. there isn't anyone working outside, and it's not operational as a penitentiary anymore
