They have tours every two hours during their open season. You'll have to check but I'm pretty sure they are closed until next spring.

For their Halloween activities you can purchase your tickets online, then jus show up and show them the ticket on your phone. For their historical tours I'm not so sure, it would be best to check their web site, that way you can get pricing, hours, and find out when their "off" season is.
Small groups. Just show up. If you wanna do an overnight, I think you have to make an appointment.

Call or check Web site for hours. We were there the 1st weekend of December, and they had added some tours because of warmer than normal weather. I think they're now done for the season.
Usually good to call ahead to schedule tour, large groups especially important.
