Yes...just put the SIM card in the phone and turn it on. Then all you have to do is follow the on screen directions. If there is an issue they will give you a number to call.
Yes you can and much faster then dealing with them on the phone or person
Log into your Verizon account. You should be able to activate. You can call as a fall back, online can be quirky.
