We have shopped at Brielle Furniture for years. We loved the at it's old location years back. We understood when Brielle furniture moved but we feel the prices have gotten ridiculous. We understand high prices but as the prices have gone up the furniture quality has gone down. We'll pay for quality but we just didn't see it last visit. Last week we wanted to browse for some furniture. We made it clear to the salesmen that we would grab him if we needed a question answered. Yet he followed us at about 20 feet back throughout our visit. Not sure whether he was worried we would speak to someone else or that we were going to steal a sofa? We bought elsewhere.

Not only does Brielle Furniture have beautiful pieces, but they have great customer service. Several months after one of our purchases we noticed some damage on our buffet doors. They picked them up and repaired them at no charge and they now look perfect. Overall a great experience and would highly recommend!

We have bought many pieces here and just wanted to say this is a wonderful store! Amazing employees! Gilbert helped us with everything and was so nice! And Melissa with deliveries was wonderful as well! Next time you come in please ask for Gilbert! We couldn’t be happier!
